Private Message

Phase 1 of Generation 9 is now complete. Changes include:

* Added Private Message forum to replace the Private Message System. This will allow you to carry on private forum conversations with multiple individuals at the same time.
* Added Previews forum for pimping your D-Mods.
* Tweaked the board header a bit.
* Merged Stories into Off-Topic.
* Merged Blog Discussions into Off-Topic.
* Merged Dink Source Discussion into Development.
* New Topic now forces you to select a category before writing your message. This should cut-down on users posting in the wrong forum.
* Web page titles are now dynamic (for the forum), instead of just 'The Dink Network'.
* The forum index now displays the file names for file discussion topics.
* Removed 'Forum' style. Now the message board will appear as one giant message board by default (like View All Forums) instead of forcing a user to select a category.
* Removed 'Threaded' and 'Column-Threaded' styles of viewing the message board index.
* Removed the smiley box from the message forms (the replacement wasn't finished yet).
* Disabled the old message system (you can still read and delete messages, but you cannot send new ones).
* Disabled the addition / modification of blogs.

Things that should be done sooner rather than later:

* Remove existing blogs completely.
* Remove existing previews completely.
* Add support for Friends into the new private message system.
* Add the new smiley box.
