The Dink Network

Dink, upon his arrival back at Goodheart, is sent away again to save one of the 5 provinces. This time an evil wizard has sent the king of Glistal to a cave with his daughter Dorinthia. With the help of some friends, it's Dinks' job to rescue Dorinthia and the king and restore peace to the land!

This game has been overhauled from top to bottom over the original. Way more sub quests, removal of some older crappy story lines and many more weapons and other items. I made the story more cohesive, removed alot of the endless wandering, added additional towns, gag reel, improved the look of others, fixed hardness errors, overhauled certain areas of the map for better presentation, and added my house which contains some behind the scenes as well as a playable map added in the original game but never used. Can you find it?

*Best D-Mod of Q2 2012*

I actually don't believe I had played the first one before. So unfortunately I can not compare the two. And as Sparrowhawk said, Not just a few tweaks to the original, Bill's made a complete overhaul of the D-Mod, so even if you've played the original, give this new one a try anyway!

Story: A king and his daughter(Dorinthia) were captured by two evil wizards who overthrew their kingdom. King Daniel had sent Milder to rescue them, but when Milder hadn't succeeded, Daniel decided to send Dink.

Mapping: I really enjoyed the overall layout of the world. Some screens would be nicer with a bit more detail though.

Sounds: The midis were fitting so he did a good job on that.

Overall it was a great game. Lots of fun to play and long enough to keep me busy for a while.
