I'm called Tim Maurer. A long time ago I made some very, very bad DMODs. They aren't on the site anymore, thankfully.
I still have the second-earliest version of the CD, that I bought shortly after the demo appeared in PC Gamer. It has two other avis in addition to the intro: the RTSoft logo and the Iridon logo. It doesn't have the CD audio tracks in an easy-to-seperate format; other than running the game and recording directly from your audio output, I don't know how one would rip them.
