: Around this past August, my girlfriend found out she had cancer of the uterus after months of being sick. She went through many tests, most concluding that surgury was needed, but that she would be fine afterwards. The first operation went well, and we thought it was over and done with.
: More operations follows, as it seemed the doctors were wrong. Very wrong. To make a very long story short, nothing went right after November. She continued to be very sick, spending even Christmas in the hospital.
: We were together for 3 years. She passed away Tuesday, and life doesn't seem so fun anymore.
: Three years of total commintment. In the end, I wouldn't have traded those 3 years for anything. She was my best friend, and that is the most important part of any relationship. Go slow, and follow your heart.
