Even in another decade, another quarter means another RRR! A lot of high quality files have been released, check out the comments to read on!
The basic rules of the RRR are as follows:

That health bar is exactly the same as Magicman's. I couldn't find any variation. Why is it uploaded again?
Anyways, my DMOD vote goes to Three Amulets. And I haven't decided on a non-DMOD yet.

my vote to ipd pack, and three amulets.
My vote goes to Falldink because somebody, not naming any names here Christiaan, was silly enough to leave it off the list.
As for the dev vote, I haven't really looked at any of the latest Dev releases so I'll leave that to others.

Isn't FallDink supposed to be in Q2?
For the voting - I have to think about that.

No, FallDink is in this quarter. Feel free to vote for that, even though it's not on the list at the time of this writing.
Time for some voting!
For non-dmod I vote for...
Windmill!
It's Skorns best file and the best non-dmod this quarter.
I'll think about dmod for a while....

Must have been some of Dukie's special mushrooms, I could have sworn I saw Healthbar Demonstration in there, while Falldink was missing...
Oh well, such is life.

Provided I can vote for my own file, my non D-Mod vote goes to Potion Bag System.
My D-Mod vote goes to Dong cause it's friggin' awesome.

Ok I've decided to vote for Three Amulets; I'm really proud over what I've done.
I didn't know anything about DinkC scripting when I started it but with time I slowly began to understand how it worked (Much thank to the dink network where I got help from time to time) and how things could be done (I think you can see how my scripting improved during the game).
I'm actually surprised myself that I could manage to bring the ideas in my head into the dmod, working, but it also took a lot of time to make. I worked 1-3 hours every day for months to complete the dmod, but it was worth it because I succeeded to live up to the goals I had for it and create a unique dmod.

I vote for Historical Hero, because I'm a selfish bà stárd and I think it deserves it.
For non D-Mod files, I vote for 10-sword icons.

You and me aren't that different after all then, Skull?
::VOTING::
Non D-Mod File goes to: 10 Sword Icons
D-Mod goes to: Three Amulets
Note: Mods sent to the Non-Combat Contest will be on the next RRR?
I should probably vote . . .
D-mod: Dong
Non D-mod: Whichever one has the most votes at the end.

My vote:

Dmod: Dong! I have to say, though, that I haven't played Historical Hero or the Three Amulets more than a few minutes each.
Dev: IPD Pack all the way, it's an awesome graphic pack.

Non D-Mod: IDP Pack. I always like new graphics and think more people should use them in their D-Mods. The trees in this pack are lovely!
D-Mod: Historical Hero. A tough choice, as I love Three Amulets and Dong as well, but Historical Hero is huge, there's so much to do, and it's the first epic in years. More please!

Christiaan, there is a spelling mistake in the first post, where it should say "january". Really doesn't matter me, but if some n00b decides to complain about it, I just decided to inform.
How long is voting open for?? I can't decide...
I'll close it saturday night, so there's plenty of time left to play a D-Mod or check out some files!
This is exciting! All (well, three of them) dmods deserve to win...
I do find it surprising that Dong is getting votes in its current state. Interesting..
I think I've decided on my non-DMOD file

Less than 48 hours left to vote! Many people have posted but not yet made up their mind. So hurry up!

Um...
D-Mod: Three Amulets, but I must admit I haven't found time to play more than 5 minutes of Historical Hero.
Non D-Mod: Potion Bag System, used with Percentage Based Potions?
The bag system I suppose.

Why the heck has nobody found time to play Historical Hero?
I've had some problems deciding which of the two D-Mods "Historical Hero" and "Three Amulets" I should give my vote to. They're both excellent games. Iplaydink has created a very unique D-Mod with his DinkC scripting. I really liked all the bosses throughout the game and it was overall a nice quest. Historical Hero is the first epic in years. I must say that it was over my anticipations by far. Sure, some parts of the game are quite dull ("Dink, get my beer", "I have no idea, help yourself" etc.) but I liked the atmosphere in the game and I ended up with a playtime of about 5 hours. I'll review both D-Mods when I get some spare time further on.
I've decided to put my D-Mod vote to Skulls Historical Hero. That was a truckload of entertainment.
My non D-Mod vote goes to Iplaydinks graphic pack. Keep it up, they're really looking awesome!

I'm too busy playing FFXIII, MAG, Freedroid RPG, and reading.
Was very hard deciding between the 3 amulets, Dong and Historical Hero. These three contenders were really good and all for different reasons, but since I have to vote for only one *sighs* for sheer effort and (yeah looks like size did matter) my vote goes to Historical Hero
Aaaaaaaand the voting is closed. Thanks for voting everyone, and stay tuned for the results!
Sure, if you keep count of them and disregard votes done by suspicious accounts (which, so far, seldomly happens).
But that's not official.
But that's not official.
I'm excited, and far too lazy to count the votes myself. =]
I hope IPD pack made it.

I'm just a bit partial to original graphics... I can write scripts, I can edit existing graphics. I can't, however, draw anything from scratch that doesn't look like a turd.
You can't draw anything from scratch? You don't deserve to be called scratcher
