What happened to them, I haven't seen people like Kris(Though I could be mistaking him for Zed) or Skull or even Ms.Dink since my return and some other dinkers, what happpened during my leave to become sane again?

I entrapped them in my dark prison of diarrhea.

I was thinking of the old dinkers, they may of left because the DN is basically on it's death bed 24/7. I'd still at least like to know what happened to some of the people, maybe their friends can ask them or if someone can share a link to a previous topic that says they're leaving.

Actually I was thinking more about the "recent" people like when I was on before. People like Ms.Dink, ExDeath, Pillbug, Leprochaun, Quiztis, Skull, DuckHater, IplayDink, MagicMan, Dinkulum(I think he still comes on), the other fairy guy(Not Arik, I can't remember his name) & some other people around that time.

Went on a short trip at the beginning of this month and after that been going through some emotionally harsh times, so I haven't really had the time nor interest to check here. There was something important I was supposed to PM Sratcher nearly a month ago, though. So yeah, I haven't forgotten this place. Just been tough to even get the simplest of things done.

I'm also here. Check in a couple times a week but just lurk around.

I show up every once in a while to see if anything interesting happens.

I simply didn't have access to a computer until recently.

I'm still around but rarely check these forums due to the fact that for the past 6 - 7 months I've been working in a nickel mine for First Quantum Minerals, working 154 hours a fortnight, living at work for two weeks and then returning home for 1. This was so I could generate a good amount of money in a small time frame to boost my business and sort some financial stuff out in my life.

Good news is I have 2 days left. On the 1st of July I will be returning to local work which will free up a lot of time.. this means that very shortly you will have to put up with me and my crazy ways again because I will be back here in full production, finishing all unfinished LPs, races, and dmods.

@RobJ, why not ask for some money like a kickstarter, some people here might be willing to donate as long as they get to keep their cookies. Also is the buisness Magic or something actual buisness like? Also why were you working in a mine instead of something that give more money, like a strip club?

P.S. Can you tell us stories about the mine & if you uncovered anything other than nickel, like monsters from below?

I can confirm this. We were/are? going to do a Spelljammer thing with magitek stuff. I came up with a wereshark machinist that was Sharkboy except with a few differences.

So, imagine a magitek pirate ship firing magic cannon balls at other pirate ships, and occasionally, a wereshark eats crewmen that fall overboard.

Yes stuff like D&D, and it's not Spelljammer, just because I am playing a race from it and we might get into space when we get bored with things that are not space does not make it Spelljammer, or maybe it does, but yes there will be magitek up the ass, like Eberron but with an emphasis on seafaring and stuff like that. I could ramble on about campaign ideas and stuff I want to do in the future, but this thread is not the place for that, probably.

EDIT: actually i'm thinking of dragging some of you people into a game using either Roll20 or Skype, I have a feeling it wouldn't go too well for some reason, but I might make a thread on the idea later.

I want to join in the game! I can try & remember my Skype password if I can join. Also what game is it exactly & can I be a human?

@DaVince, I don't speak English, you need to get a translator. It's nice your back as well, it's quite nice to have the Dink family back together, but now we need to go to our next plan. We must take over the bananna cookie factory.

If you have any good strategies on how we're going to accomplish that, I'll gladly poke holes in your ideas. Our plan needs to be failure proof!

@DaVince, I just got the best idea, we throw Quiztis in as a "Health Inspector" then he can manage to sneak to somewhere safe. When it becomes nightfall we forget what we were going to do & have a nice lunch while Quiztis is stuck. Then tommorow we build a giant horse which is a totally original idea I just came up with. All of us then get inside or at least the ones of us who know how to attack the factory up close while everyone else distracts the cops. Then we have someone knock on the door tell them the horse is a gift then at nightfall, we forget the plan & accidentally fall asleep. Then in the morning we attack, take over the factory & then build a wall to protect our fortress. Then we bask in our glory & then tell our weak fallen to get up & take the menial jobs. Also to tie up loose ends, we yell at Quiztis for doing his job since we forgot our intial plan, make sure to send a call to every dinker who distracted the cops so we can have extra man-power, & to top it off, we have a party while trying to find out how to use the machines so we can make bananna cookies, banannas, & cookies.

Sounds fantastic. Except for maybe one small detail...

Can I have the heavy, all-protecting armor once we step out of the horse?

@DaVince, no we must go without any armour on, we have to utilize the tactics of old barbarian(Does anyone know the kind I'm talking about, I can't remember their name(s)) tribes. We all go naked so we can show our courage & manage to stun everyone there with such a sight, also we'll need blindfolds then so we don't get blinded ourselves.

It seems that Wyndo has made his own podcast with his daughter about reviewing video games.

I was doing some Dink-related research the other day and it seems he never finished the main game of Dink and went straight to modding after getting as far as about KernSin.

I finally got round to reading the "Credits" with the V1.08 release. It's cool to see I made it on the list of Beta testers.
