I am sick of this whole community. I hate the way most of you people are. (Redink1 most of all.) I am just sick of everything you do to me. I am going to leave forever. Milobones, i'll get working on the map and I'll contact you as soon as I'm finished with it. If anyone wishes to contact me in anyway, you can do so in Runescape or you can e-mail me. DinkKiller is apparently leaving because I changed the board rankings on the Contributors page. I am truly a big meany poo poo head.

Apparently, he was posting so much over the past few months (aside from this past week) in an attempt to boost his ranking. This past week he wasn't posting so as to 'protest' the fact that I had unranked him.

Well, if you want to leave, nobody is holding you here. Still, you should think about this before you take a final decision. This community isn't bad at all, especially redink1. Maybe we're a bit hostile to a 13-years old kid, but you shouldn't take it personally. I'm sure nobody has something against you.
As for the changes redink1 made on the contributors page... it's too boring, just "A little" and "A lot".

Why don't you set the rankings by the numbers of quality files released? This way, the people that want to reach higher ego-boosting rankings, will have to produce many quality files... which is good for the comunity.

We've tried the files thing before, it just brought in a flood of junk files.

As for quality files... could be interesting if we based it on certain review scores (say, 7.0 or higher), but then there's the risk of people giving abnormally high reviews or unfairly low reviews just to knock things in or out of "quality" status. So that probably won't happen.

You mean those reviews which you validate, right? Maybe only count "Excellent" reviews for the "quality" status.

Hrm, good point. It's still an idea that I'm hesitant to go forward with, but I can't really argue with it now..

How can you review posts while you have to review the reviews?

Oh Redink1 could you please change the contributers page back to normal it's starting to anoy me now. It's much harder to find someone with much less difrences (or I just need to be less lazy ) and it's useless anyway without the other rankings. (This is not because I want to increase my board ranking but to see how much someone posts.)

I say who cares? Basically all it showed was how long you were here/how active you were here. Or if you post whored. So really, there's no point to it. It's like the boards that tell you that you have a certian percentage of all the posts on that board, right underneath your name, and how often you post. It means squat-all.

I'm not interested in my rank. I'm interested in viewing the information on how much people post. And it is pretty usefull well more then this contributors page.

Edit: I'm not sure but I think DinkKiller doesn't really want to leave, I think he just want some more understanding and you don't need to ban him for that. And about him being annoying, he did shut up pretty well after he posted this.

By the way it looks quit stupid that "A lot" "A litle". It looks like a joke and it is (I hope) but you can't just let a joke take on for so long, people might not take TDN seriously. Wait it isn't!
