I noticed a lot of Dinkkiller's posts have been deleted. And I must say some of those are indeed among the crappier kind of posts. But a lot of them are actually better then some other posts posted here, so what's the deal? Does the staff feel like teasing the ol' Spiller again, or are these posts really deleted because you feel they suck?

DrinkSpiller has been posting an absurd number of posts as of late. So, several members of the staff have been more... strict... with his posts, in a hope that this will tone down 'The DrinkSpiller Network' feel the forums have had for a while.

Now I'm really pissed.

Let me add to that by saying that he's been posting an absurd number of pointless posts. We usually don't mind the occasional post with little to no merit, or people who post a lot (DD in mind; we may not agree on many things but his posts at least have some sort of substance)... but the case here is a bit aggravating.

Be careful, he might leave and catch runescapefever. Or you people just don't mind

Edit: I think it's a little mean to annoy DinkKiller so much. The reason why he posts so much useless things might be because uhm.. maybe you haven’t figured it out jet.. but um.... HE'S 13 THIS BEHAVIOR IS QUITE NORMAL FOR SOMEONE WHO'S 13 DON'T YOU GUYS ACCEPT KIDS!!

The point of deleting DinkKiller's posts isn't to annoy him.

The point is to delete those posts that annoy most other people.

He posts almost as much as me... ... I really have nothing personal against DinkKiller.... He actually seems like an alright fellow... Although some of the posts are a bit annoying. Also, not all deleted posts have been his... Me, Metatarasal, DaVince, have all had posts deleted at one point or another... although I cannot precisely remember which ones those would be.

I've always said that being young is no excuse for being stupid (even when I was that age). We've had plenty of thirteen-year-olds who come on here and don't post a lot of random inane comments. Granted, you are more likely to get someone in their early teens or "tweens" doing that, but most actually don't.

I always thought that my own posts have PERSONALITY. Granted, DinkKiller's posts are normally completely off-topic and rather bothersome, because it means that the thread is longer than it really needs to be, because so many off-topic, off-key and completely random or invalid posts are in it.... Some of the threads... especially those considered "off-topic" from the start, I no longer take the time to read and rather skim through...

You're sure I have had posts deleted? I can't remember any post by me that was deleted. (Though things can change in the future)

I didn't mean to say by that that all kids would post stupid things or be stupid not at all it might just be a reason for DinkKillers behaviour. And I'm a kid and I don't post all kinds of crap all the time sometimes but not all the time . Just please say it if you find some of my posts to be annoying or overreacting I'll just post more serious things. And I know it’s not to tease DinkKiller Redink1 but why would you delete it? If it’s annoying you could just not look at it. If you delete his posts you can’t see how DinkKiller is… or at least on the Dinknetwork. And by anoying DinkKiller I also meant the DinkSpiller thing.

The staff are deleting DinkKiller's posts because they want to hide from us certain think's... like his IQ, for example.
Edit: He's just a 13 years old kid that wants another banana on the contributors list. Maybe we should be more tolerants with him.

I just wanted to add something real quickly, for those of you who are fairly new: posts are never truly deleted from the forums. Any user can opt to view deleted posts by going to the forum preferences and checking a box.

1) Cool, so now I can see my deleted posts, and I'll never know what's deleted and what isn't
2) I never minded the DrinkSpiller think. I thought it was actually a bit funny.
3) I post so I can try to help someone or to comment on something someone is doing or just to comment on a post. And I post a few silly messages once in a while.

Edit: Nevermind. I scrolled upward and noticed a few extra messages. They were also bordered in red instead of brown. So I guess I will know what is and isn't deleted. Oh well

Just a quick note here, DinkKiller. Most of the posts of yours that are deleted go like " " or "..." or "Oh." or similar. These posts contribute nothing, and only create annoyance. So if you would stop posting all those kinds of "empty" posts, you would be a lot less likely to get deleted.

I agree with Radink1 & Phoenix, DInkKiller do post alot of empty posts which annoys me. I do post sometimes alot of things & sometimes something stupid myself, but that happens in periods of time

I just find it funny that DinkKiller has a deleted post on a thread about his posts being deleted....

Let me say this.

IP bans do work. I have done them before, and if he logs in via another IP pool, guess what! Everything is recorded through apache and they can ban that way. However, let me suggest a few things to try first.

1. DinkKiller, try to go out and make some friends. I know it is hard and everyone at school beats you up and takes your lunch money. Survival of the fittest go do some push up's or something more productive than being a sever pain in the ass. Your parents should have beat you more as a child. People all over the world are starving and dieing, and yet you opt to come here and be a complete pain in the ass. You sir are a valuable asset to society.

2. You could give me your address, and I could go down there and cleanse the gene pool a little.

After that, I suggest the IP ban. My theory is that is you are here to do nothing but be a pain in my dick, I would ban you and not think twice about it. There are plenty others here who contribute and are a valuable asset to this community, and no one would loose any sleep over you.

I had a totally different IP number when I was on a phone line than the cable line I have now.So switching internet providers changes your IP number.Also, my current IP number comes up 'unable to locate' at the geobytes site.My old one used to bring up Alberta which is the next province over.I think it would be kinda funny if I had been bad and somebody banned all of Alberta.

And to be honest, I hadn't really noticed Dinkkiller's posts.I guess I was too distracted by all of Draconic's.

I changed providers because the old one only offered a crummy phone line connection and my new one offers an unlimited 'lite-speed' cable connection.

P.S. I don't need to change my 'proxy' or some other sneaky thing
because I don't do anything that would get me banned.
