Current poll's not working
It only shows two options in the votes-overview, the one with and the one without '-', it can't distinguish capitals, which reduces the six options to two

There's no correct way to abbreviate something. If you imagine yourself saying it, D-Mod is the clearest of them though.
Yes, D-Mod is the most clearest, and I think it looks more 1337 than the others
I've been using D-Mod for several years, but in compiling v1.08, I noticed that Seth had used DMOD. So, I created a poll to see what you guys thought.
I use them all interchangably and don't really give a fudge.
