PS3, Xbox360, Revolution
Sony's PS3
Microsoft's Xbox360
Nintendo's Revolution
So many choices...what to do...what to do??

That would work, but if you're a little tight on cash, stealing might work too...
EDIT: GET COMPUTER!
EDIT: GET COMPUTER!
i plan on getting none. socom 1 is like the only game i play.
Well.. I only see 2 options, anything saying "Microsoft" can't be a good thing.
If I can just get everybody to buy new consoles than I can buy the old ones cheap.*muahaha*

Something called revolution does sound good however...

based on the N64 i have no fricking clue why anybody anywhere ever bought the gamecube aside from 4 year olds with wads of cash in their diapers.... and based on the gamecube... where are these morons coming from?!?
The Gamecube is my only console from the current generation, and I have enjoyed it quite a bit. Resident Evil 4 is awesome, but so are such 'kiddie' games like Donkey Konga and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, both of which you control with the special Bongo controllers.
There is a very big difference between 'Kiddie' games and games made for all ages... Kiddie games are painfully dumb, and pretend like you know nothing. Games for all ages, while they might look like kiddie games (Celda) actually acknowledge that the player has a brain.

well i think nintendo is retarded and a disgrace to itself.
OMG haha "retarded" the joshriot is teh one with an argument based on greatness!
Nice reasoning.
Nice reasoning.
Nintendo is retarted? gamecube sucks? Nintendo has released a ton of great games, and gamecube is propably the best console out there multiplayer-wise.
Sony has been undisputedly the best since PS1, so I'll buy that. PS3 sounds promising but I hope they'll cahnge the design for it and the design for the controller as well~ it doesn't look that hand-friendly and I've heard it being compared to a boomerang and a dildo more than twice.

yeah gamecube is like something designed for kids with giant heads and tiny hands like for the monkeys you see in the zoo. not only that but the games are just lame and for people who wear super mario pajamas to bed at age 40. seriously the N64 is the worst system i have ever owned in my life and i am ashamed of that fact.
I mean that the N64 is the best gaming console ever (except the PC, but that's not a gaming console). And I would say that Zelda Ocarina of Time is the best game ever made.
I'd say that you are getting off-topic now
Actually, no. We're talking about consoles here, and I don't see posts here that don't.
Yeah, but the consoles we are talking about is PS3 X-Box360 and revolution
But when choosing for a console it's wise to think back of old consoles to make your choice. For example I'd never buy an Xbox 2 becauce the original Xbox sucked donkeys.
Xbox had Halo2 though which saved it from totally sucking...
And I would say that Zelda Ocarina of Time is the best game ever made.
Are you suuuuure about that?

You seem to be too!
I think it's very good too, but the best.... no.

I suggest three things:
Buy a paddle.
Learn to kick ass at ping pong.
Kick some ass at ping pong.
You won't regret it!

well EatTheRats is right i think but there is always emulators to get the best of every console
Eattherats is back? About consoles, the NES kicks all these "next-generation" console's asses.
My first game machine was a coleco vision.Yup.Good old Donkey king when he was still new.Ahh,good times.*sigh*
Later there was the Nintendo64.Oh man, loved it!!I remember playing this one Donkey Kong game where there were islands...Hmm,can't remember the name. But it rocked! Since then I haven't had any consoles but I have managed to buy a few games for my pc...such as The time machine,Egypt2 and Safecracker. But I sure miss Mario and the big ape.

Dink sucks big time compared to LoZ : OoT
Compared to most games, actually.
Compared to most games, actually.
Yes. Dink sucks. If it weren't for the editor I would long be gone. Oh and the charming community ofcourse.
Well, it all depends on what you want in a game. Zelda has things like: a bigger story, 3d, etc. But Dink has lots of different things that Zelda doesn't, like the fact you can make/play DMODs.
The only 3D game I actually keep playing is Duke Nukem. All others are fun for a few hours but no more.
I mean, once you finished Zelda you finished it. You'd maybe find some secret stuff when you play it again, but it isn't really fun anymore after finishing it. The excitement is just gone.

the original legend of zelda was actually quite hard. if you dont use any play guides or anything it is in fact very hard. as like a 5 year old kid it probably took me like 2 years to finish.
heh, I probably restarted the game ~10 times before I ever found the first dungeon.
Hmm... did either Ric or Merlin say that Windemere was going to be 3D?
all you have to do is cross a bridge.
the hard ones were like burning some random bush, draining the fairy pond, and finding gannon was just like bombing some random rock which could be anywhere.

That's the thing that bothers me about the first Zelda. There isn't really any sense of direction whatsoever... I mean, I don't like to have my hand held through everything, but as far as I could tell there were no hints for any dang thing. And that is why I will probably never attempt finishing it.
Back up to the whole this entire comunity having something major against nitendo, The Nitendo Revolution Looks Cool! Nothing could beat being able not only to play new games but also being able to download all of the old ones back to even the nes! I say that the Nitendo Revolution will be the best consol since the Snes. (I love the Rpg's)
Now why in the world would you want a PS3, Xdoze360 or a Nintendo Revolution? The best box ever, the Zony AB4, is right here!
banana phone...back in the day *sigh*
Gamecube! But their old as beep now, and with the Revolution you can download all the gamecube games, how strainge are you, If you knew anything about the consols your commenting on, you would know that!
Woah, you can buy a Nintendo64 for 20 bucks at Cash Converters. Four years ago it was 300. X_x
"If you knew anything about the consols your commenting on, you would know that!"
Heh, funny you should say that. I've read quite a bit about the Revolution, and while I know for a fact that it's backwards compatible with Gamecube discs and controllers, I haven't read anywhere that you could definitely download Gamecube games. NES, yes.. SNES, yes.. N64, yes.. Gamecube? I don't think so.
If you've got the official dirt from Nintendo to prove me otherwise, though, do tell.

When I get some cash, I've gotta buy a revolution (download chrono trigger-and not a rom!).
