The Download of the Month awards process for March and April has begun. Voting ends in a week.

March saw the release of Dink Smallwood 1.08, the D-Mod The Quest, and the Summon Spell

April gave birth to Chrome Status Bars, Iceworld Tiles and the unfinished D-Mod A Very Dink Christmas.

March is a she dog, Dink 1.08 is revolutionary, but the Summon Spell is freaking awesome too. I think I'll vote for the Summon Spell.

I had trouble choosing from the Chrome Status Bars and Iceworld Tiles for April.

Hmm... Christiaan, why don't you write a review for the Summon Spell? So many of those types of files remain unreviewed, it's kind of sad.

I was planning on reviewing a bunch of files, but lazyness got the best of me. I'll probably write a couple of reviews next week (this week is finals week).

Mine is still about 4 or 5 weeks off.

I choose v1.08(though summon spell is good but v1.08 was a much awaited release) for March and none for April.
I think I am the only one who did not like Chrome status bars here?
But anyway, I will just go and review Summon spell.

I'd like to vote for Dink 1.08, I think this update will allow for a lot of goodness in the future.

Definitely 1.08. Less bugs, more fun.

Maybe you would have had better luck if you had released it in April, not much comptetion there. But still anyway, it really doesen't matter, it is a great file and can still win the DOTM award.
(Is it Dmod of the month or Download of the month?)

I sent in DinkCreator more than a week ago now (to Tal), and it still isn't here.

Hmmmm...It seems be Download Of The Month, cos' there are 2 "miscellaneous" and only 1 Dmod.

The Chrome Status Bar isn't so bad... But Clint told me he will release a new Status bar,(the chromed)hmmm...How can i say... "Updated"(?).

There was a lot of hard work and effort put in to these files and some of them are good and usable. Why vote for none?

I haven't been here that long to notice... What happens when there is a tie between two files?

I agree rabidwolf9 here. I never voted for none, and probably I never will.
Although the summon spell is great, it can't be compared with Dink v1.08. It's a piece of Dink history.

I still think that my summon spell deserves something It's like a masterpiece of some sort...well, maybe not, but I thought it was good.
By the way, I sent in another upgrade to it, so it should be up soon.

Well, the award is worth more if it's harder to get. If every shoot file can win the DOTM, the DOTM is worth nothing.

I didn't meant to say the summon spell is worthless. It's actually better than many files that won DOTM. You were just unlucky to release it the same month Dink v1.08 was.
