Hey i was wondering if someone could send me some of the lost dmods like Dink Logan at

It's just that i want all of the Dmods and Redink said that if i ask nicly on the fourms one of you might send it to me... I would be greatly Apreactive if you could Thanks

what are the lost dmods? like the ones authors wanted taken down? if thats what you mean.... they didnt take down the dmods because people want to play them.

If I had them, I'd send them. But practically all of the withdrawn D-Mods were mediocre anyway.

If you do a google search for Dink SmallWeb and stuff on the old prowler site the links still work.

As for Dink Logan... I don't like your chances... unless you find a backup mirror of the old fileplanet site.

The porn DMOD was before my time (Dec 99 was when I first found Dink on a PC magazine CD).

I have two files called Dink Logan. Haven't installed them for a long time, but put them on a writable CD a couple years ago when I formatted my HD. One is a zip file, called logan-full.zip and the other is called logan2.202.exe. I don't know if they're the same thing, or what they are. The first one may have had a different name - I may have added the word "full" to tell myself something - perhaps that it contains a patch. I just don't remember.

If anyone wants them, tell me how to offer them to this site for inclusion in the DMOD list, and I'll do it. I see the link for uploading, but since I'm not the author, I'm not sure of the protocols involved.

Well you could send it to Redink's gmail... Then he would put it up, but you would have to get the authers permission first unfortunatly

You don't have to worry about the author's permission thing. Jveenhof is long gone, and I really don't think he would care.

How did that one get removed? I remember it being it in the list of D-Mods but now it's no longer there and Jveenhof's other D-Mods are still up

With the exception of two versions of Dink Arena (which I lost), the only reason why a D-mod is unavailable is because the author requested that it be taken down.

The only way they'll be back on The Dink Network is if the author requests that they be back up.

Now, we must do a world-wide manhunt for the one known as the "Jveenhof."

Or I suppose we could spam his email inbox.

I vote we look under cars. Preferably crashed ones...

I checked Dink SmallWeb and yeah, you are right SimonK.Many links have worked, unfortunately not everyone;(
I wanted to download some lost D-mods, but only links to Dink Forever 3 and Dink Oddysey worked.Links to the other parts of Forever trilogy (part 1 and 2) didn't worked.
I see Glennglenn, Faster and SirCabbage(who want to have all D-mods.Cool,just like me have some lost D-Mods.Could you upload some of them ? (I would especially like to play the 1 and 2 part of Forever trilogy, because I only have the 3 part
I really enjoy playing D-mods, and I don't mind if they're good or bad, exceptional or crap.I just like Dink Smallwood and everything, that has something to do with it(this cool and friendly community too

I don't think you'll get the Logan DMOD easily. I think Jvennhof had it removed at his request. The "faster" Dinker (Holly B?) may come back and read your email, but I doubt it, as it has been almost a year.

So... unless someone else offers up, I don't like your chances.

Just a suggestion... type "please" instead of "plz", "you" instead of "u", "like" instead of "lyk" and so on. It doesn't require you to do too much more button tapping, but it's way easier to read. And try using a capitalized letter at the start of new senteces, and end all sentences with a punctuation mark. Thank you.
