When does Windows state that the midi's where last changed? If it's all on the same date you're in trouble.
The only thing you can do (for as far as I know) is throw the midis away in the recycle bin and place new ones in their place. I've had this problem once with a DMOD I played (CC2) and thus reïnstalling solved the problem. And I had the problem once when I was developing (Yay for backups!).

I don't know how the midi's get corrupted, it might have something to do with background programs running (in particular audioprograms), but I don't know...
