however since theres an extra spot because only 2 people submitted costumes, dinkdude95 gets the 3rd prize for also having a good 1 screen dmod

the 1 screen dmod collection is currently being edited and compiled. expect the dmod and costumes to be ready for download within 2-5 days. thanks to everyone who participated.

i believe its his first dmod release, actually. i think i remember beuc from like way back in the mike snyder forum days, kinda weird to be in the dink scene for so long and be such a good programmer and not have made any dmods. but then theres me who has been here forever and released nothing but crap.

Josh, I suggest you make the prizes on demand. I'm guessing probably everyone will want one of those bonca prizes, so why don't you make (if you are making them. Correct me if I'm mistaken) one for everyone. I mean, then we can identify each other. Say, we're walking down the street and we see someone wearing a Bonca T-Shirt. We'll know they're from the Dink Network. But some Bonca Pillow sheets would be awesome.

sorry these are limited edition items and i gave people plenty of chances to get them over the past year. when they are gone they are gone. whether or not prizes are offered in the future depends on if people participate or appreciate the contests.

Sparrowhawk, I can't help but notice you gave credit to sabre for the rabbit. They were actually made by Reiner at his graphics website. Also, it'd be better if after the credits it restarted to the main menu.

Cypry, I found a bug on level 5. If you complete it too fast you skip level 6 and go straight to 7.

I liked the pics. The one of ladyvaloveer stalking the duck was my favorite. Good job everybody.

I asked Sabre about the rabbits and he couldn't remember where he got them from, that's why I said "thanks to" and not "made by". I'll change it if I ever do version 2 (or 1.5). Thanks

It goes to the main menu after quitting from the pause menu, don't know why I didn't make it do that at the end as well

I was waiting for the news post... forgot about that.

i noticed there was no way to return to title with sparrows game, but for three barrels all i did was put in a escape.c so you can do it easily but with the other three games they use mouse and not standard dink so the only way to exit is to make those "custom buttons" like cypry and beuc did so if sparrowhawk figures out how to make one of those for his game it will be happily implimented, i was to lazy to do it myself and wanted to get the game out asap. i also noticed a few bugs but didnt see it major enough to want to screw with myself, for example in three barrels if you stand too close to a barrel and punch it, dink gets "frozen" for a cutscene while standing on a bonca that has touch damage activated, therefore killing you while you have no way of doing anything about it

oh and another thing, clicking those "click here to pause" side bars seems to do absolutely nothing

As for the one screen d-mods: brilliant. All 4 d-mods were fun to play, I liked Sparrowhawk's the most, especially the bar scene which was nothing short of briliant. Also great job Josh for the great compilation, great title screen also.

The Dink Network needs more contests like this, it's fun and it makes for great d-mods!

I don't know why they don't work, they do in the original and I can't see anything changed in the compiled version.
It should pause the game (duh) and give you a way to exit, saying a different thing depending on what level it is.

Also... did anyone find the 2 cutscenes in level 3?

I got one cutscene by following the instructions, but I can't find another cutscene.

Not that the expression on the information lady's face when I walked in with a sword and said: "Do you sell duck feed? I need to attract some ducks." wasn't reward enough ^^

Where are the pictures? I've looked through this thread for the winners and for the contest as well as Joshriots Dink Squad which beside being owned by him has lots of pictures, but I haven't found any from this contest. I just want something to laugh/admire at.
