I think it's author should revamp it so that it becomes possible to hit the 11 cameras before time runs out. Even using the "fast" mode from the Ultimite Cheat, I have not accomplished it after 10 tries, and I can not use the "super fast" because it freezes my screen. I would rate this D-mod much, much lower than the 8.8 it has been given.
When I first played it on my Pentium 200 MMX, it was too difficult to hit all of them in time so I used DinkEdit to clone the camera sprites on one of the screens meaning I could kill a whole bunch at once.
I didn't understand DinkC back then, nor did I have ultimate cheat but thankfully the script just checks if you've killed 11 cameras.
It's not difficult to hit them when you've set "fast" in ultimate cheat. You just have to remember where they are.

Yeah, that puzzle is eminently doable on any post-2000 computer. 
You merely have to plan out the shortest route between all the cameras and hit them in that order.
You merely have to plan out the shortest route between all the cameras and hit them in that order.i had fun with that camera thing , it was one of the first things that walled me up in gaming , literally had to bust out a attack plan on paper to wipe out 12 cams in that given time , the loading times back then on the p1 machine made it harder
