Is it ok, that I add Dink Smallwod on my Warez site?
First of all, since the game is a product of RTSoft, not redink1, you should be asking Seth (RTSoft's head honcho) about it.
Secondly, I know you didn't link to it in your post, but please don't link to your precious warez site. If anyone gets in trouble for that garbage, we want it to be you, not us. Thanks. Reinforcing my point, from the Rules page:

In addition to that, wouldn't it only be warez if you place the CD version of Dink Smallwood up there? If you downloaded Dink Smallwood and placed that version up there, it would just be another mirror to download from..

Ive never found it in classics, i guess if i found it i might get it for its corness factor. Also GlenGlen Remember Dink Smallwood is freeware and thus you could put it on your site, although there would be no real point
