Guidelines to release an update
Are there any rules, guidelines, best practives how you have to release a bugfix or update to a DMod?
Are there any timelines you have to follow, waiting rules, special format of the files, bribes with bananas,... to get the bugfix releases?
May be Skull can help me here. He might have useful hints on releasing the ONE bugfix lately.
I know I am just a peasant but I released my bug fixes on 26 July and they still stay in status 'pending'. Please advise what I can do - exept waiting for good fortune - that the files are getting released (no offend to the board. I am just curious).
Thanks

Hmm... Really looks like the patch system isn't working properly then.
Oh, an update!
What will be fixed? I really hope the bug with the archers who will crash the game...

You sent me a PM on the 8th of August asking this, I answered you next day saying nothing's here and again on the 18th saying patches don't work so upload a new version instead.
You should check your PM's more

Thank you Sparrowhawk. Your remark just let me search more thoroughly through the forum and - tadaa - I found the 'private messages'
You couldn't find a PM!?! Man, it's times like these when I think redink1 shoulda added something that alerts you that you got a PM!
