If I would make a d-mod.And use the program that supports mp.3 (somebody sayd that he is creating one).And if I'd put an mp.3 of for example :koRn,
or aphex twin or any other.Would I be sentenced for licence agreements?

I don't think anyone from koRn's going to play your d-mod
Most mod-communities use existing MP3s and only few of them actually get a WARNING. In the 1/100000 chance that would happen, you can just have it removed from the DN.
