What's that you say about being nice and people will like you and you will become popular? I was being nice just standing here eating my ice cream cone, and watching people post the most outlandish things. I smiled at everyone and stepped aside as they rushed by me to shove more words in the white box.
But people noticed that I harbored no agression and began taking advantage of my "nice". They began to take bites of my ice cream as they passed. When the ice cream was all gone, they became angry. They were acccustomed to getting that bite, and resented that I now only held a empty cone. Hisses and jeers become more frequent.
My smile is not suffecient to satisfy the angry mob. I hear shouts from the back to the effect - - "Lemme get my hands on him. I'll show him 'nice', you bet".
