I tried it - hmm, the way it's setup the game is in mouse mode so it doesn't draw the control pad overlay which would allow arrow-key movement.
This just might have to be a dmod that won't run properly on touch, probably not worth adding some kind of "force on-screen d-pad" mode just for one dmod.
It *might* still work with a bluetooth keyboard plugged in though.
