Seth owns the code so he's entitled to do what he wants with it. Hell, it's his company's game! He believes his code is too unprofessional, so I guess he doesn't want to embarras himself (even though I wouldn't care HOW unprofessional it was!). It's not useful looking for server costs since the whole idea is just a dream.
