So what's everyone think of this? I have mixed feelings about it, but all in all I'm going to get it. Especially since some arsehole scratched up our ssbm disc

Some of the new additions don't seem to fit in with the whole theme to me. So I'll say what I have to say about the characters since that's mostly what I have problems about.

Pit- he seems like a good one. I'm not sure I like his "final smash" too much. Summoning things as an attack doesn't seem right here.

Wario- I honestly can't see it. He doesn't fit in to me. His moves are just preposterous to say the least. And driving a motorcycle? It doesn't seem right.

Zero Suit Samus- As a character she seems good, but from what I understand you have to use Samus's final smash to play her. I don't like the idea of changing characters for your big move.

Ike- I like this guy. A new swordsman? I'm all for that. Marth really annoyed me. He was too easy to use and overpowered IMO. I hope Ike isn't the same.

Pokemon trainer- Ok, it's not that I don't like pokemon, but this just seems like a bad idea. Melee brought Mewtwo and Pichu to add onto Pikachu and Jigglypuff. I enjoyed playing all except Pichu. I really think this though is putting too much influence on Pokemon.

Diddy Kong- Truthfully, when I saw this, it immediately pissed me off. I liked Diddy in DKC and DKC2, even in Diddy Kong Racing, but he does not belong here. Barrel rockets, peanut shooters? WTF is this? I was really hoping for King (Kaptain) K Rool. I wish I could get ahold of this guy and suggest it because he would be a much better choice.

Meta Knight- He just looks awesome. From his appearance to his move set, I look forward to playing him.

Snake- I know a lot of people liked the idea, but I'm not feeling this one at all. Nintendo for the most part makes it's characters look cartoonish, Snake in his games is supposed to look realistic, he doesn't look right here. Also, all his moves seem to be using weapons. I don't like that. Don't get me wrong, I will play him for fun. I'm kinda split both ways on him.

Lucas- He's got a good move set, but he looks too harmless. I do hope, however, that they aren't scrapping Ness for him.

Sonic- As far as appearance, he's all good. I'd play him, but I don't think I like the idea of creating a spring for a move. His other moves seem ok though.

King Dedede- I like him. His final smash is another summoning one, but I could live with that.

For the rest of the characters. I would like to say I hope all of the previous ones will be in this game. Some of the final smashes bother me. I liked the idea of the final smash item, I just wish that the actual moves weren't so "out there." What does everyone else think?

Daniel, there are clowns.
I've been casually keeping up with this... considering the amount of time they're spending on this, and Nintendo's track record... I'm not too worried about them messing it up.

Pichu is sort of like a challenge character, like Jigglypuff in the first SSB.

I'm pretty sure gokussj6 would agree that all Pokemon are challenges.
