but its my request from you that you register in that forum with your current name here in the dink network.. please. so i may not get confused and may be i can be a little 'freindlier' to you guys and you see

What's with all these new forums these days? Are people unhappy with this forum or something? I've yet to find a reason to even visit these new forums. If you want your question(s) replied to by as many Dinkers as you can, you simply ask them here.

Well, it's probably that forums can be easily made off the shelf nowadays. People just think that it's pretty cool to have your own forum I suppose.

Really, the effort that goes into making a fully functioning site with a unique content is really underrated I'm afraid.

well, if my site didn't have a forum, then it would be a piece of sh*t., although it's in it's development stage. if the dink network didn't have a forum, then it wouldn't be as good, since you couldn't have convo's with other fellow dinkers, you couldn't tell everyone your ideas for a new dmod, you couldn't seek help from the pros with a dinkC error, you couldn't talk about why you think dink is funny, or why dink is stupid, or why dink is cool (i think dink is funny - especially with these humerous dmods), you couldn't discuss all this cool stuff you think the dink network should have when redink1 upgrades to the next generation, you couldn't have these silly little repetitive questions like "how old are you?".

without forums, the dink network wouldn't be very good. so thats why they make it easy. for peoples enjoyement, ease of use, and also to make the site GOOD. one of the reasons i'm here is so i can reply to peoples posts (although i have been developing dmods - check out DESA - don't bag it out its my second attempt (my computer died on the first attemp))

Look, there's nothing wrong with making your own website, to showcase stuff you can't showcase here. But there's no point in making your own forum. Unless, of course, you make your own non-Dink game or something. That would be a good reason to create a game.

but.. be sure join mines.. please k?.. i dont say that this forum is bad.. its just a matter of order... since you see that every one has a forum (well atleast most of them).. hey.. forgot to tell ya i have even written about the dink network and Other dinky site in that.. well i dont want any credits but thats just my love towards the dinknetwork.. hehe..

That's the problem. Most forums look exactly the same, that's why this one (TDN) is so nice. More personal, I think.

because it gets lonely all by youself? and maybe because people ARE joining my forum? i can name at least 5 people-including myself

I expected a range in replies... and it did have a nice range.. Atleast i have some respect for other... which some of you don't have ofcourse... then again... i don't really need help from those who don't want to help... I make d-mods as a hobby and because of my love for programming and gamming... NOT to show off my skills...

its up to you do decide if you wanna help me out - like in bug reporting and suggestions... as we all know.. one man ca't stand for himself.. ofcourse, im not one man.... i got my men... who are always there to help me out when i need that... no matter what the priority.... but dont take this as if i hate this network or you guys. its just that i dont like the WAY you guys Behave..and you know its your way that shows you on a network like this, not your Picture or Name.. well i dont only modd for dink. i do it for some other games too. but i have a speacial interest in dink.thats why i made my own forum for dink.

Frankly, we don't care about the way we behave. You get used to it after awhile. Me and Glenn say something is fabulous, everyone else begins talking about homosexuality. Don't worry. It's the norm 'round here.
