Hmm maybe you're right Lunacre i answer this.Kill him with HellFire or LightSword or FlameBow(If you won't to get 25 000 gold try Massive Bow).

Light sword should do decent damage on him. It's also a good idea to buy your inventory full of elixirs so you can heal yourself.
