Could we all dispense with the non-language and write normal English (or at least try to)? There's quite a few people around here that aren't native English speakers. It's hard enough for them as it is...

I have to agree with you, dinkateur. As an author I'm a bit of a language purist. i don't mind abbreviations such as "uni", but I hate slang and "ethnic" language, as well as "txt language".

I find it more of a disguising dialect. Every time you think you're not speaking British, you actually are.
