I GOT THE SCROLL OF Gladiator IN Ed the SCV 2 ISLAND AND I FOUND THE scroll IN Gladiator ISLAND BUT I COULDNOT PLAY ANY OF Ed the SCV 2 OR Gladiator

Yes, you first have to finish the main game for the secret menu to appear. This menu has got buttons to all the minigames you've unlocked.
