Help, I'm stuck on the island where you get all the bottles and theres a guy whos making a weapon, but I can't have it yet. I'm all set, but I can't get off the island! I've tried every possibility? Help

When you are on that island, you will have to the to the lower left of it and then walk up and find where you can walk off the beach. You can buy the 'fire bow' (powerful weapon the guy is talking about) after you beat joppa island.
