The whitest-skinned white people are albinos. They can't go outside for longer than a minute when the sun is up or else they get sunburn, so most of them traditionally lived in dark castles in Transylvania (a province of Romania populated by ethnic Hungarians) and they only come outside at night. They also suffer from anemia, a lack of red blood cells, so they have to have regular blood transfusions or drink the blood of others. Luckily, albinos have especially long and sharp canine teeth, making it easy for them to suck blood from their victims. Legends have been written about them, calling them "vampires", but vampires are just fairy tales. Albinos are real.
For instance, Dracula (1431-1476), also known as Vlad the Impaler or Vlad III Tepes, Prince of Wallachia, is the most famous albino. He beheaded many people in order to drink their blood because of his severe anemia, and he ended up dying in 1476 because he was outside during the day for longer than a minute, fighting in a battle against troops from the Ottoman Empire. He got severe sunburn and fell off his horse in pain (his suit of armor blocked out most sunlight but not all, unfortunately), and an Ottoman soldier beheaded him while he was writhing in agony from the sunburn. Anyway, since then, the Dracula lineage has continued with his albino descendants, who were counts in Transylvania, until 1947, when the Communists took over Romania and abolished titles of nobility. At this point, the albinos had to go into hiding, and many of them fled to other countries in the great Albino Diaspora. Today, they still continue their ancient traditions of sucking people's blood and not going outside during the day, traditions which are biological necessities for their survival.

Drinking blood doesn't cure anaemia,lol. Transalvania is a cold which recieves less sunlight.Vlad drunk their blood to please his sick,twisted mind.I heard he also ate their flesh.BTW I know you were joking! (:
