On my opinion, the best two teams are Brazil and Germany.

Germany, are you out of your mind? Best two teams in my opinion are Argentina and Equador, though Brazil has only played one match, they should be the best team. I'm Dutch, so I guess I'm supporting Holland. Though I'd like to see Equador win the World Cup, I think they have an awesome team.
F- that I want Germany and England to pwn all the competition and when against eachother I want England to win. Haha I laughed so hard when the swiss beat that south american country that I forget da name of but yeah... go England! I would cheer for Canada, but their team didnt make it into fifa... we dont really like soccer that much in canada. and Ireland I'd rather cheer for them but their team is shoot lols so they didnt get in... Yes, Brazil with their "convincing" wins over the Aussies and Croatia have surefire hits to win the WC. 
In all honesty, it could be won by a fair few teams (sorry Christiaan, as well as they have done, Ecuador haven't a hope in hell). Argentina, Holland, Brazil, Germany, England... perhaps even Spain.
Argentina were awesome the other day, but they were playing Serbia, who pretty much capitulated after 2 goals. England and Brazil have the most talent in the tournament, but neither have hit top gear yet.

Argentina is pretty good but somehow they didn't make more goals then The Netherlands against Ivoorkust (don't know if thats the same in English).

Sabre: I didn't see England play one match in the qualifications and in the WC as good as Ecuador. I really do think they have a good chance to get pretty far. And Germany really doesn't have a good team, though they'll probably easily get into the quarter finals. if you ask me, the semi-finals will be Italy-Argentina and Brazil-Spain. The final will be Argentina-Spain, and Argentina will be world champion.

True, England have been poor... but it's always the same. We never light up the group stages. Yet if we have one of the most talented teams in the tournament, and if people click, anything can happen.
The Germans are rubbish... but they are the Germans, when all is said and done. They thrive in major tournaments, and being the host nation, have a great advantage.
Whilst Ecuador have been quality, they don't have the experience of big tournaments, or the quality of player, to go any further than the quarter-finals. When your main striker is Delgado, your never going to go far!
If any "smaller" team is to cause a major upset at this tournament, it would have to be Ghana. Ecuador have qualified from a dire group (though they have looked good), wheras Ghana were unlucky against Italy, and comprehensively beat the Czechs (who are fantastic). They should baet the U.S nicely, and qualify for the next round.

Well, I Germany is a good enough team, and with a little help from the public(remember South Coreea), they can get to semi-finals, maybe even to the final.
Actually that was exactly where I was hoping for... Now The Netherlands can still face Germany in the finals.
