No, it's mean there are less than 365 people, if the amount of people were more than the amount of days in a year, then surely two of them must have the same birthday.
Btw, this is called the pigeon-hole principle.
EDIT: the total amount of people listed in the contributor's list is somewhere near 590, so I'm 100% sure there are two persons with the same birthday (even other than Tal and Cypry) in this community.

Hey, you transformed my "Happy birthday" post in a bloody post . Did you know that in a group of 30 people the chances that two people have the same birthday are higher than 50%? We are more than 30 active members, I think. Also, two of my classmates have the same bithday, but one of them is older with one year(like me and Tal). The probability laws are weird.
