If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
From googling I gather that cin waits for keyboard input, if that's correct then there are ways to do it. Unfortunately DinkC can't store strings so it may not be exactly what you want.
1) Wait_for_button() will tell you if certain keys are pressed.
2) Use key-##.c scripts.
3) Use a system like the riddle scripts in Initiation or Pilgrim's Quest.
