Reply to Re: Has anyone wondered ideas which still haven't appeared in all/any D-MODS yet?

I am completely against Nested view.
Usually(in flat) I can make out by the manner of reply, that who replied to who. But(in nested) It gets confusing if the latest post is not at the bottom.
Also many people(which use flat view) just reply to the last post in thread no matter who they want to reply to. And then nested view users would mis-understand or miss the post.
And what happens if I want to reply to to diff. (people)posts on different lines in a thread. If I include it in one post then 1 of them(nested) is going to miss it. Or should I post twice at the same time?
To give refrence(@DD95 etc) & quoting is better.

Sub: abc
Sub: Re1: abc
Sub: Re2: abc
Sub: Re2: abc
Sub: Re3: abc
The no. increase by 1 to the one we replied to. And this can't(not able to) be edited by us while editing the subject.
Not perfect, but would minimise the problems for both view types.
