If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You mean like make it a DMOD file? Just open DFArc and usethe "Package" button. To send it to the site, click on contribute (located to the left) and then go to new file.
I personally package my DMODs using DFArc v1.5. It seems to make the DMOD file smaller when I use it.
