Actually, it's just Mozilla, not Mozilla Firefox.. it's version 1.7.1 at this computer. But it's not unusable, it just looks less stylish 
Several things differ too but it looks like it's supposed to be like that. In IE the three buttons are in the top right corner but in this browser they're under the Lurkers - but they still function
