Don't worry about looking like an ass DaVince... if anything, Tal looked like more of an ass in his seemingly harsh response to you. (No offense Tal). Besides lots of people make themselves look like an ass at some point on the boards 
Had you not responded to their postings, someone else probably would have with a similar remark. PMing is so common nowdays that it is the typical method for exchanging such talk... but if people want to use the board for this, its all good to me.
