I think it sohuld be clarified what happens if someone writes multiple reviews for different files. Like is it considered multiple entires into the contest?
Their place in the winners will be determined by their best review.
Also what happens if 2 users write a review for a file on the list? Does the second persons review not count anymore since it now isn't a "file without a review"?
While not what I particularly want, I understand that multiple people may choose to review the same file. If it's one of the files in the list the great redink1 posted above, it's fine.
