Desertgrl, I don't think you understand what Tal was saying... at one point, I believe you said something about using our "God-given common sense" or something to that effect, and I think Tal was simply pointing out that while he fully respects your beliefs, it's not a good idea to drag them into a discussion lest someone think you're being arrogant. He was trying to help you out, not insulting you or making "personal remarks." He is not out of line, he is not flaming, he is not "little-boy-rude", he is not "helping Redink"... he's just trying to give you a little bit of advice, and you're blowing it vastly out of proportion and taking offense at it.
