I can't recommend enough to download DinkC reference in pure text format (never heard of dirty text format anyway). It's way faster to navigate through.

Joking aside, I think I remember some discussion about few incorrect statements in .hlp file. DinkC.txt on the other hand has a lot of helpful comments (even some potential bug warnings). DinkC.txt can also be opened on any operating system, and can be read by those who possess the ability to read latin letters, and are perceptive to electromagnetic waves between 430-770 terahertz.
