DRM ? gog is for drm free ...steam , its upto the developers to implement drm on steam there are many games on steam that can run perfectly fine without steam.
I know not many keen on the idea in fear that it would break up the community , just releasing the base game with no workshop support would be ok then ? people will have to visit here for the dmods and we can avoid the copyright issue.
Also standalone dmods will be a excellent feature , sometimes its just nice to jump into the dmod directly and saves space as you wont have to keep everything.
