How is reacting to the ramps before they show up not based on reflexes?
Because to use your reflexes you need to see what's ahead of you first. But if you know what's coming next, you can start reacting beforehand, which means you're not using your reflexes, but your memory. If you beat Turbo Tunnel on your first try without a single loss, then that'd be playing with your reflexes. But how many people have done that? I doubt anyone.
Though, with Turbo Tunnel I think it would still technically be possible. With Surf City and Volkmire's Inferno it's just legitimately impossible, cause once you see what's ahead of you, it's already too late. No matter how good reflexes you have.
