Are you using GIMP to save the graphics, maybe? I remember a problem like that a while ago, and the same fix worked here - I just opened the tilemaps in MSPaint and saved them again, voilà. The title screen doesn't work quite right in v108 either, but oh well, that's a much lesser issue. As far as I'm concerned, everyone should move over to using Freedink, anyway. Especially Skorn. I had to use regular v108 to test this problem on Windows 7, and by duckballs, what a horrifying laggy, flashy, stretchy mess it was.
