The game works perfectly well. It's a puzzle designed to task the player's ingenuity - You're supposed to come and ask on here if you can't proceed. There's a rather ingenious method of tracking thread creation on the DN from in-game and if you create a thread with certain words in the title (such as this one), the game will let you proceed.
