That's a real positive attitude there, calling somebody a liar like that. Really that's the kind of attitude that makes me want to keep my DMODs for myself. I'd rather keep them to myself than share them with someone with this attitude.
Just because you can't see it anywhere (I doubt you really looked anyway) doesn't mean it hasn't been uploaded. It always takes some time before an upload is approved. In real life these things don't happen infinitely fast.
EDIT: And for the record: It has indeed been uploaded.
