Well, Dack is VERY immature, and though his questions veer toward stupid in my perspective, he very much isn't. So saying that he will not understand what is being explained is in and of itself extremely contemptible of you. (Said word basically means 'mean'.)
Dack has had his moments when I've despised him, but he is slowly and surely working toward my good side once more.
That said, he is perfectly capable of understanding what is being said, and he is a very curious individual. The things that make him unable to understand a concept is people explaining the concept in a very poor manner. Also, as Quiztis mentioned, he's twelve. Of course you're going to see him as stupid. He doesn't have the experience that you or I have. You are the stupid one for not realizing that.
