Ah, wonderful Win98SE. No software released today has support for it so don't think about using 98 today for newer software.

Don't play Dink in fullscreen to avoid the colour distortion. Dink Smallwood is an old software and is rarely updated these days, use the latest 1.08 or FreeDink.
