Don't count on too many games supporting Kinect in any real fashion. 95% of the games will be dualplatform and as such won't have core gameplay features using Kinect.
Furthermore, I don't play shooters on consoles, so for me the Xbox doesn't have the exclusive games to lure me in. And don't get me started on the whole TV this, TV that talk. That is ONLY for the US as far as I know. Who releases a console with countryspecific features?
In any case, it doesn't matter, next yeat when the Rift Oculus launches consoles will die out.
