I doubt that you can even mention any development file released in the past two years that was actually used in a released DMOD...
I made a dmod for testing and demonstrating my editor. Strictly speaking the editor is not a development file, since it isn't on the site yet, and the editor isn't actually in the dmod, but that's nitpicking.
anything less than quest length DMODs are being frowned upon...
They are? Not by me... I think it is an excellent idea for a beginning dmod author (like myself) to start with very small dmods.
