The first thing that popped up in mind when i read dungeon of death and doom was:
A complex maze like dungeon with a few puzzles where vastly over powered monsters would be placed which due to engine issues would be easily farmed and looted.
almost a shame it isn't like that(would have made the dmod somewhat easier rather then harder
