MsDink, C\Program Files (x86) is only used for Win32 applications, such as Dink. Other Win64 applications would install in <b?C:\Program Files[/b] if you have a 64 bit version of Windows (Is there a 32 bit version of Win. 7? Or did they just ditch it and go with 64 bit?)
