If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The lock (icon) means you have not allowed the file to be shared - change the sharing options. Win 7 is AWESOME 
Edit: right click - share with - choose
And Win 7 saves files in - c:\program files (x86) not C:\ program files as before.
